Gary Welton

Born in Brainerd, Minnesota, Gary has shown his work all across the world. Gary attended the University of Minnesota and received a BFA in 1984. Gary’s inspiration for his paintings comes directly from his life, using dancers in motion as his primary subjects. He is currently working on “Mythologies,’’ a series of oil paintings on canvas featuring various psychologies and forces of nature evident in myths.
